Overtime your Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) can become blocked & you'll notice a warning light come up in your vehicle. Don't worry, you may not need to replace the filter (which can cost thousands to replace!), it probably just needs a jolly good clean.

Our ultra-modern DPF Cleaning machine successfully cleans all types of particulate filters, not just cars, but vans, light, medium and heavy trucks, buses, and any off-road equipment that has a diesel particulate filter. It will efficiently remove the PM-10 (Soot & Ash) from the filter restoring the DPF back to 98.5% of original efficiency.  Our machine effectively cleans any make and configuration of diesel particulate filter without cutting, modifying or welding the DPF, it does this by simply connecting the appropriate adapter.

 

We back-pressure test before and after the cleaning process ensures verified results. We also use a closed-circuit system to reduce our environmental impact by containing dust and emissions.

We can also supply and fit new Diesel Particulate Filters to your vehicle. In the event it is unsaveable or as an alternative, we can remove your DPF and reprogram your cars ECU.
